KIRKUS REVIEW

A senior student at the Bernard School of Art in Milwaukee, Hollis Baylor finds silver linings to several clouds in her life. Her widower father, Bruce Baylor, an eminent architect, leaves town for an assignment, and illness enforces a recuperative rest for Hollis. But she finds that separation has cut the apron strings joining her to her father, and she accepts her own love for Paul Vincent, a successful sculptor. Light love among the paintbrushes, with background murmurs of art and architecture.
