FUNNY BUNNY

Of all the splashy, shiny Easter books that Simon & Schuster has published, this Big Golden Book is certainly the most spectacular and successful. Funny Bunny, who was a funny bunny because he had no tail, capers through the woods by his animal friends with a plan -- "" and he had to hurry to see if it would work"" insists the text on each page. F.B. does secure his tail in the rollicking story with a catchy, jolly rhythm. The four-color ful page illustrations are a joy, with rich brilliant colors, handsome design and parade of amusing and delightful animal characters. All this and a pop-up in the front. Golden craft ""cloth"" building. This bound to be a best seller for Easter.
