KIRKUS REVIEW

This is the best of the animal twins series, and fascinating to anyone who has seen beaver dams and beaver houses and watched the industrious creatures at work. There is a slight story, weaving together a succession of facts that give an insight into the natural history of the beavers. The setting is the Adirondacks, but the content is not necessarily localized. Line drawings.
