Christy Drayton (page-Where the Heart Is) again as heroine, a typical Janet Lambert character, attractive, popular, resourceful, in pleasant relation to her family and an accepted leader of her group of friends. Now, on a trip with her parents, she embarks on a search for buried treasure, aided by the faithful Roger, and they unearth a treasure buried during the Civil War. There is, of course, a touch of teen-age romance. It reads like a series mystery of the triter variety, with a plot that doesn't measure up to most of them in pace. The jacket is bad- cheap, poorly drawn, a definite hindrance to sales. Girls who are Lambert fans will have a disappointment in store.
