Anna Peters, after five years of petty cash extortion, goes to work for oil-executive Harrison. She's as volatile as propane which is part of her uncertain charm. She's also wondering why a succession of their oil contacts have been killed and their files destroyed and when she's sent over to Scotland, she barely can stay alive--chained up in a scullery, kept in custody in a hospital bed, etc. Multinational nonsense which has a certain enthusiasm if you've a mind. . . not to think much.
