The Suttons are a very together writing team and this is another good in-flight fantasy revolving around Danny, the only survivor of a spaceship disaster. Danny, a telepath, has been brought up alone on an emerald planet guided by an unseen entity named Zandro. Unbeknownst to Danny, Zandro is part of an alien race that has destroyed a million worlds and is using him in preparation for an attack against the human federation. Danny becomes suspicious when, after being asked to contact robots planted on a federation planet, he actually tunes in to another telepath, young Arla. From then on, the two of them must work to get him out from Zandro's mind control in a momentous battle of the psyche. Compelling story telling.
