Philippa, at the death of her father, refuses a minimal offer for his real estate business and attempts to carry it on- and at the same time keep an eye on her mother's dangerous extravagances. She is helped, however, by extremely charming Tony- and the rougher cut Joe O'Meara who works for her. The very pretty Teress, Joe's girl, attracts Tony- but before the business is profitably sold Tereas and Joe, Tony and Philipps are realigned.... No big deal this- but the many operations-commercial and romantic- make it a better than average rental transaction.
