This is a sequel to Gather Yc Rosebuds (1946) and continues the story of Sidney Cameron, when she leaves her Indiana home to become a secretary to the head of the Women's League. At her boarding house, Sidney collects a beau, scandalizes her landlady by her part in feminist activities, makes friends with an ex-prostitute, and generally follows unorthodox lines. Pleasant 1911-1912 shenanigans, this is gently amusing period stuff, with a properly happy ending.
