INCIDENT AT HENDON

Incident occurs in a small Connecticut town in the '20's when Tod, a County Home boy, comes back there, after the Army, en route to graduate school, to see the woman who had adopted him and made it possible--old, ""Crazy"" Ellie Baxter. Now she's dead on his arrival. The mystery is not much but there are lots of countrified characters and fixin's, which keeps this sympathetic and real real, for say, that Jean Potts audience.
