KIRKUS REVIEW

Humdrum and complicated by involved language. Murder at La Jolla when a Paris-London gambling, blackmail clique of three appear there to bleed a young Englishman. Double murder is done, and Colonel Creevy of London, sojourning in La Jolla, is called in on the case. Pretty third rate.
