Hitler following star-gazers), coupled with concluding chatter on how psych communication may revolutionize crime, war and diplomacy. And last but not least a skyrocketing exervation of of Nostradamus, the fabled 16th century prophet who foresaw the date of the French Revolution, the two World Wars and, so his illuments say, has foreseen the Soviet fall.
