THE POWER OF ALPHA-THINKING: Miracle of the Mind

More do-it-yourself medicine with omnibook Jess Stearn. Stearn takes a four-day course on ""going into your levels"" which teaches him how to get onto others' wavelengths. Besides learning to diagnose illness with absolutely no prior knowledge of the patient (victim?)--thus out-Cayceing Cayce who needed a name and address--Stearn says you can lose weight without dieting, will yourself into a marriage, skip out of traffic tickets by wishing the cop love and white light, program your child for toilet-training, or cure such ""psychosomatic"" troubles as cataracts, cysts, diabetes or multiple sclerosis. Later he hooks up to a biofeedback machine which delivers similar ""miracles."" The book trades on faith in Jesus and claims it can make every man a genius. Not just a crock, but an irresponsible crock which may he hazardous to your health.
