KIRKUS REVIEW

More (this is the fourth) Satan's mischief for those idle hands which turn pages like this -- about Tansy Tremayne who, via post chaise, arrives at All Saints Church where she sees a body on the altar. Later, in a theoretically friendly habitat -- with her relatives -- she must distinguish between the guilty involvement of a cousin versus gallant Lord Knevett, who compares her to ""Persephone tiptoeing through the underworld"" and is anxious enough to see that she gets there. . . . Nonde-script, but if you read it before, you probably will again.
