YOU WON'T LET ME FINNISH

When Hector, which proves to be his name, comes to in Helsinki, Finland, he's lost an ear (to a reindeer herdsman's knife -- they're usually Lapps) and his memory. Apparently he's been used to smuggle some money into the country and an attractive Ambassador End his secretary and a girl called Dolly Darling during her brief tenure on earth and a harmless (is he really) old man called Uncle Vanya try to put him together again. Droll and unexpected if sometimes a little too cute like that title which is hard to Lapp up.
