NURSE PLEASE

I really don't think this is funny, and I am wondering what a nurse's reaction would be. Probably it would tickle the funny bone with nostalgic recall of high points and low in training. One could wish the creator (would you call her an artist? or a cartoonist?) had extended her province into nurses and patients -- and thereby extended the market.
