New duds for Cinderella, as orphaned Jill Witherspoon inherits an old woman's estate and decides to purchase the past she has never had, an old house and an ancestor's portrait. With her is her friend Patty, and Philip, a disinherited nephew now forced to work- unless he can marry Jill. But when Jill falls in love with Johnny, the descendant of the portrait, and Patty falls in love with Philip, and Johnny has to disassociate himself from Mattie Sue- there's lots of room for romance.
