KIRKUS REVIEW

Since Mrs. Wilentz is one of our staff reviewers, we are again put in the position where discretion is the better part of disinterestedness and can only announce this book with the highest recommendation. It deals not only with the obvious five physical senses, but with many other tropisms (memory, sense of balance, sense of self, etc.) whereby man communicates with (the central intention of the book) and responds to the world. Mrs. Wilentz is a fellow of the Advanced Science Writing Program at Columbia and has imposing credentials.
