KIRKUS REVIEW

If you're ravenous by lunch hour and don't mind waddling through cooking aromas afterward, here's a jolly assortment of filling (!) lunches which may be prepared on an office hot plate, grill or electric skillet. After introductory advice on preparation, storage, planning, there is a series of menus each featuring canned or frozen foods or quick meats and a whopping dessert. Unorthodox for the enterprising.
