THIS CAN LICK A LOLLIPOP: Body Riddles for Kids

They can't see but they can hear/Noises that are far and near./They are your. . . ."" Whether the overleaf photo-illustrated answer is ears/los oidos, eyes/ los ojos, mouth/la boca, etc., no one playing this game in his own language is likely to miss. (The final ""rear end/el trasero,"" however, might not be the obvious terms for that body part.) The questions as well as the answers appear in both languages, apparently not as a foreign-language-learning aid but simply so that both English- and Spanish-speaking children can use it. But the rhymed riddles are too young for anyone able to read them and too lame for anyone at all, and most of the close-up photos of children are just as unimaginative.
