LIVING ALL YOUR LIFE

This is a book of inspiration in which the author, John A. Redhead, pastor of The First Presbyterian Church in Greensboro, North Carolina, applies Christian principles to the problems of every day living. He does it with zest and illuminates with apt illustrations, and the average reader should derive much help from this forthright discussion of a wide variety of Biblical texts. Basically, these chapters are sermons with a style adapted especially to the pulpit, but they read well too, and each is short enough to be read in not more than 15 minutes. Some of the titles- ""When Things Go Wrong, What Then?"", ""Are You in a Tunnel?"", How Can I be sure I am a Christian?"", ""What Does it Mean to Use or Lose?"", etc., indicate that lay-reading is what the author seems to be aiming at. In general he can be expected to hit his target.
