WORKERS WANTED

This third in the series of reports prepared by the Yale Labor & Management Center shows the hiring methods, preferences and requirements of employers in a northern city. The employers have answered questionnaires regarding common labor, clerical help, skilled labor and executives, which indicate their attitudes, prejudices and reasons for hiring and not hiring employees because of age, race, political and religious beliefs, etc. Just another study for the researcher on personnel. Of little practical value.
