THE MAN WHO WAS NOT HIMSELF

The man who was not always John Creasey but was also Gordon Ashe and Anthony Morton and Michael Halliday and Tex Riley (betcha didn't know that) has written about one with only a dual identity: his own as Hugh Buckingham which he almost loses when he's shoved against a bus, and that of a ""cad,"" Neil Powell, husband of Grace, lover of Doreen, menace to his own children. Dr. Emmanuel Cellini who seeks out ""genetic evil"" (damned if you can recognize it here) helps the Yard and you'll leave Manny ""laughing with a great joy"" in the last line. It will be his last laugh.
