American romantic intrigue yarn, by a practised hand. There is Lynn vil, mal for power and fronting a Nazi spy set-up in a college town in the Harkshires there is Gall whom he wants to marry, and Connie his daughter who wants to prevent the marriage, and journalist Hill whom Connie loves, and Garrett, an FBI agent posing as a German escaped prisoner, who falls for Gall. Good adventure.
