KIRKUS REVIEW

To find out who has framed him as a killer and a traitor Peter Garlin makes his escape from Russia, is betrayed on his way to England but finds an ally in the redoubtable Mr. Mott. Through him he is put on his way to learning the secret of his wife's death, the means by which he had been decoyed to Russia, and the reasons for the blackening of his name. An energetic exercise for all.
