First rate Graustark type of tale, a sequel to Huntingtower, but not too closely linked to make it good reading independent the one of the other. A group of English and Scottish travelers become deeply involved in the machinations of three warring parties in an imaginary principality on the edge of the Tyrol. Adventure -- romance -- humor -- good summer entertainment. Well told.
