THE TOFF AND THE TERRIFIED TAXMAN

Oh, you're the Toff. . .Everyone was thrilled when they knew you were coming"" -- everyone being no one we could find to apply his thrilled-terrified mind to the Toffs 55th appearance as he's about to be assessed ten thousand pounds more. When he's followed by a girl who kicks him in the shin before plunging to her death, and attacked by her father, and actually used to put an end to a more heinous traffic. Yes death, and taxes, but there's still another institutional inevitability to be considered.
