KIRKUS REVIEW

Dateline: London. A busy time for Sir David Marshall. Just yesterday he engaged in fisticuffs with Mr. Gerry Ward in a dispute over the attentions of Mr. Marshall's secretary Henrietta. Today Mr. Marshall left for Miami shortly after the murder of his wife (incarcerated these past years in an insane asylum) which left him a sizable fortune. Dateline: Miami. Sir David Marshall's secretary joined him in Miami today. Her arrival was closely followed by members of London's Scotland Yard. . . and Mr. Gerry Ward who was subsequently taken into custody in what was described as a ridiculous case.
