Fiction nudging science a little more closely this time as there's a contaminant in the air, more than the normal pollution Dr. Palfrey has been examining, which destroys a little English village and then one in Wyoming. The topical concern may update and slightly upgrade this installment which still relies on Creasey's pushbutton presentation of sudden megadeath.
