Sub-subliminal nonsense about some hypnotic, regressive experimentation undertaken years earlier by Robert Holland, now deceased, and Jim (who tells the story) whose wife Vivien had disappeared, not to be missed in either sense. Now Jim is reactivated into returning to Colorado mining country where after some literal cliff-cave-and-mineshaft hanging, he finds Holland's imprimatur. Also a corpse, a Maltese Cross and the evidence of gold. He also sees Vivien through a window with a ""hysterectomy"" scar on her abdomen--that's a preposterous kind of outside looking in.
