Don't sell this to the beginner -- or to the average housewife who wants to improve her techniques of flower arrangement. Do sell it to people who have ""graduated"" from Taber and Kistner's Flower Arranging for the American Home. (P. 94) --and who want more of the expert techniques, more technical knowledge on color -- its physical and psychological aspects, more about special types of arrangements (with space throughout on flower shows and competitions), and- to my mind the best part of the whole- extensive lists, month by month, grouped by garden flowers and florist's flowers. The basic principles are all here -- but in terms and enlargement too scientific for the neophyte.
