KIRKUS REVIEW

Agreeable though minor storybook with rather mannered lithographs by Region Hole, about how little Johnny drove his father's horse-and-buggy to Buckport (Maine) to get the mail, and came back with a real live passenger, his very first, and on the way home had an adventure on the drawbridge. Lower brackets of this age group.
