With his views on the weather and a ""package of apparatus,"" this science fiction writer seems misplaced in the technical field. Not only does he include more verbiage about the national satellite program than any youngster can absorb, he blandly proposes further ""fascinating"" reading: ""...literally scores of research papers published both by the NASA itself and by leading aerospace technical journals."" It includes a chapter on the Weather Bureau.
