HONORABLE SPY

Carries on the attack made in Secret Armies into the field of Japanese espionage in this country. The scope of their activities embraces the establishment of a propaganda machine and the creation of ""incidents"". The author acknowledges inadequate data, but he has found enough to prove that Japan is getting help from fascist countries, smuggling arms into Mexico, backing fascist organizations within this country, colonizing lands intended ultimately for airports, doing some preliminary sighting. He cites cases, with documentary evidence, and noses out unsuspected activities.
