KIRKUS REVIEW

This should have much the same sort of appeal to thoughtful younger readers as Mind. Sand and Stars. Here, again, is the record of a young pilot, though this time told in the form of short stories, built around personal experiences and actual events. He goes beyond the external experience of flight to seek out its inner meaning but in his interpretation reflects the psychology of thoughtful youth.
