ob Balles was almost on the beach. He still had his boat and his colored hand. He found, incidentally, that he still had his loyalty to his country's interests, even though the naval board had pa his up. So, when he found himself on a tough spot with agents of three enemy countries, all out to use him while they got the mystery equipment an from the hidden plane on a Caribbean island, he used his wits to folt them and to save himself. But in the end, Mr. Moto of Japan fooled them all.
