KIRKUS REVIEW

This flimsy but inoffensive exercise offers lawyer Milo Rush tracking down the vanished wife of a friend. The lovely Jane has disappeared, leaving a cryptic note, but Milo manages to locate her at a resort hotel that's the scene of a corporate convention. The Jenson Company's going to release its plans for a miraculous new engine and various unsavory characters are plotting piracy. Jane has been blackmailed into joining the scheme, but Milo disentangles her and sends her, slightly scathed, home. There's more potential in the industrial espionage theme than tiffs author manages to find.
