KIRKUS REVIEW

Is Wes Beattie, a timid soul, sufficiently schizoid to kill (his uncle)? or a congenital liar (his fantasia that he was the victim of a conspiracy)? or an diot (when he refuses to plead insanity) His young lawyer, Grant, with the help of his sister, defends him by establishing the evidence behind his wild claims and charges and finds that the new frame is a cover for an old swindle. Canada is the setting for the debut in which the comedy is casual but the gab not always a gift.
