POT: A Handbook of Marihuana

A biased it's-a-crime-that-it's-a-crime handbook that will probably become a popular paperback item since it gives tips on how to find the ""action"" (distributors), ""copping"" (buying procedures or how to prove you're not a cop), planting and harvesting your own crop, ""stashing"" (hiding) methods, techniques on rolling or ""cocktailing"" a cigarette or if you're not a smoker, recipes--cake, fudge, etc. for a sweet treat. It describes highs, ""heads"" and the history of the weed which has supposedly evolved from lower class origins to a higher status in the hands of the hippies and the upper middle classes. Obviously Berkeley bound (Harvard too?) for those not leery of Leary's nirvana or an author who speaks from experience, prejudiced research and opinion.
