KIRKUS REVIEW

The excellent criminal procedure of a city police system and some expert courtroom scenes dignifying a routine murder on a New York city street. Captain Honneger, who is not confused by the conflicting stories of too many witnesses, reduces the case to the dead man, the man whom he had accused when dying, and a third onlooker, comes up with a solution which clears a suspect Judge ... Well done.
