This is the answer to the prayer of the bitter anti-new-dealer, though already it begins to date, for some of the charges made against the President are the very things he is now accused of failing to do (keep us prepared with a big army and navy, etc.). In spite of his charge that there is a tendency to paint the administration all white or all black, Flynn proceeds to do that very thing, paint an all black picture, dating back to school and college days, early professional and political experience, and the years in the White House. A facile job by a journalist.
