THE DECLINE OF THE AMERICAN REPUBLIC

As the author of numerous other political studies, Flynn's name will be familiar to those who have already come to associate it with an apprehensive outlook towards most American and world institutions existing today, and this is again an alarmed report on our disappearing freedoms. Flynn first analyzes the moral foundation upon which our Constitution was based, and illustrates what he considers the path of true democracy. Coming closer to the present, he then traces the rise of socialism and how it made itself felt in America through Roosevelt and the New Deal.
