TRIGGER VENGEANCE

A high light among Westerns, getting out of the rut of routine heroes, though the story conforms to routine formula. Young Doctor Carey comes West to help out an ageing doctor, works against tremendous odds of poverty among the good, hardworking people, kept in debt by a scheming merchant. Doctor Carey wins respect of rich and poor, and outlaws too, and proves the ultimate stumbling block by which the power-loving merchant and his henchmen meet ignoble defeat. Good.
