WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT SPIES AND SABOTEURS

One of the most fascinating volumes in this excellent series is this one dealing with the factual information behind espionage and sabotage. It should appeal not only to the current events minded readers, but to all mystery addicts. Discounting the pure Hollywood for the reality, nevertheless the information about spymasters and their methods, spies, who they are, where they come from, their operations, may be routine but it has its , exciting aspects. Brief survey of the history of espionage, and the last war, and a thorough marshalling of modern spy operations, how underground warfare has enlarged the scope of secret armies of spies and changed their objectives, how human ingenuity and application of advancing scientific research enter the picture, the tasks and the accomplishments of FBI, G-2, O.N.I. etc. The part the civilian can play.
