THE EXPENSE ACCOUNT DIET

Quippy guide for the hippy exec, senior or junior, determined to up his business lunchtime productivity and put down the avoirdupois. Mr. Dolger yaks throughout over the tiring lot of the expense account dieter. How to unnerve waiters; carry the right matches (avoid lighting up your client's Corona with ""Learn Electronics in Your Spare Time""); how to keep away from the breadsticks until the client arrives; drinking ploys, etc. Of real value is the author's run-down of the number of low calorie possibilities in high voltage expense-account restaurants along with pleasing libations. There is also a group of suggestions concerning ""ethnic"" varieties of restaurants, and a very cursory list of reliable, sympathetic eateries in major U.S. cities. Will appeal to those who want to confine padding to the E.A. sheets.
