THE NEW HOPE

Reviewed elsewhere in this issue, but noted here as a book that should have a wide teen age appeal. Story fits into THE CAPTAIN FROM CONNECTICUT, except that the scane is laid on the Cape, where a privateer is in the building, and where a traitor in their midst, where everyone thinks he knows everyone else, is giving information to the British. Suspicion falls on young Bangs, outlander, and this is largely a story of his adventures in proving his innocence and unearthing the traitor. Good yarn-for all ages. Romance, adventure, with a tang of salt.
