KIRKUS REVIEW

If you earn $6000 a year, every minute lost will cost you 10 cents or one newspaper. Well- this will help you to buy more newspapers by offering you various systematic approaches to organizing your time, planning ahead, scheduling your days, ""multiplying"" yourself (even before this you will have felt schizophrenic), making the proper use of other people (your secretary, your associates), your telephone time, your visitors, etc. Along with the use of pocket planners and some rather frightening control board systems as reminders, there are suggestions on how to concentrate better, read quicker, write faster, and all this personal efficiency expertise is presumably aimed at the executive or professional man who while getting and spending is laying waste his days. Still, it's hard not to feel more harried than ever.
