KIRKUS REVIEW

Arctic slapstick that will make you smile enlarges on some of the more humorous human failings and realizations. Perry, a baby penguin who would rather be a polar bear, runs off and meets a walrus who very wisely says, ""The snow is always whiter on the other side of the crevice."" When the advice sinks in, Perry is able to make the walrus, the polar bear and the penguins all be friends.
