KIRKUS REVIEW

The boys' supervisor of South Philadelphia's Youth Center, Dan Morrison, is handed a reefer case which turns into murders. Three boys and their parents are involved, morphine and heroin add to the problem, and Dan's red-headed Linda, a social worker, helps the police to bumblefoot through marijuana weeds, the one way road of drugs and the curly-brained happenings. Much loud-mouthed yelling here, for a current problem.
