IS THERE A MOUSE IN THE HOUSE?

Is there ever! ""Mice in all the dormer attics,/ Watching amateur dramatics,/ Playing tennis, knitting sweaters,/ On their tiptoes mailing letters,"" is just the beginning of the answer. The verses just go on to locate all the mouse inhabitants who have taken up housekeeping in the Victorian mansion, but they have a very catchy lilt. The pen and ink detail-loaded illustrations of the mice cavorting will be good for long, long examination.
