INTRODUCTION TO SOCIAL CASE WORK by Josephine Strode

INTRODUCTION TO SOCIAL CASE WORK

By

Publisher: Harper

Can't see much trade appeal for this, but public libraries may want to stock it. The main market, however, is an educational one, for this is frankly a study course, tested out in Cornell. Part of the text gives the historical background for social case work, in England and the United States. The balance is an analysis of social case work practice and application, the fields in which its value is proved -- but not a book on techniques. That is still to come.
